Virus Removal and Slow Computer Cleanup

A virus is not the only reason for a slow computer, so we start with a diagnosis. If there is malware, we remove it. If the computer is simply overloaded, we clean out what starts with it in the background. If the problem is the hardware, we tell you.

At the end you get a short explanation of what caused the problem, and what to do so it does not come back.

Questions about virus removal and slow computer

The computer is slow. Is it definitely a virus?

Not always. Sometimes it is an old disk, too little memory or programs that start with the computer. The diagnosis shows the cause, and that decides whether you need a cleanup or an upgrade.

I got a ransom message. What do I do?

Disconnect the computer from the internet and the network, do not pay, and bring it to us. Do not connect a backup drive to it.
